When does my order ship?
If we have your item in stock it will be shipped within two days, however it may take a couple of weeks to order an item in if not in stock, we will inform you if this has to happen.

Has my order been shipped?
You can email us at to check the status of your order at any time and we will do our best to reply with an ETA as soon as possible.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, We can ship international.All international orders will be dealt with on an individual basis and all freight charges will be added to the final order total, you will be contacted for payment details before we ship the order. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all duty and customs charges that occur entering into the country of the receiver.

Product Sizes

Which size do I pick? Does an Alpha jacket fit like a 'normal' jacket?
Please visit our sizing chart to help select the appropriate size. Since many of our products are manufactured according to previous specifications required by the military, many of our items can (and do) fit differently than 'normal' clothing garments you might be used to.

For example, some of our Authentic Flight Jackets are a ‘slim cut’ according to classic cockpit requirements, while our Field Coats tend to ‘run large’ in most sizes due to their original purpose of fitting over body armor. Hence, a size Large carries a very different fit from product to product. 

Do you have larger sizes than 3XL available?
Yes we do, because there is less stock available in the larger sizes we have not listed them but you can contact us on the below details and we can check the availability on the size you require.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Please contact us ASAP via email at or call us on  +61 03 9600 2451 and we will provide detailed instructions on how replace your order.

How can I exchange my purchase for a different colour or size?
Once you have received your order, if any of the item(s) are:

  • Not the correct size.
  • A colour you are not happy with.
  • Not satisfied in any way with the product.

  • Please contact us at within 7 days of receiving the order and we can replace the item(s) free of charge (not including freight), with additional costs to re ship. There may also be a possible wait if we don’t have the size or colour required in stock. Please also return stock with all original tags.

    Is there a fee to return merchandise?
    No, we do not charge a return or restocking fee on returns or exchanges however there will be additional freight charges to reship your item(s).

    How long does it take to process my return?
    Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. we are unable to issue a credit or ship a replacement size until your return package has been received back to us.
