Shipping

When will my order ship?

We typically ship within two business days and we’ll let you know the tracking number by email notification. If for any reason, an item is not available then we’ll inform you and attend to order changes accordingly.

Has my order shipped?

If you’ve created an account, you can see your order history by logging in. We'll email you with notifications about your order status. You can also call or email  us directly to check the status of your order and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available! Please just go through the normal shopping-cart process. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any applicable import duty and customs charges relevant to the receiver’s country, and that international orders may be considered on an individual basis.

Does an Alpha Industries jacket fit like a ‘normal’ jacket?

Did you know some Alpha Industries items are manufactured according to older specifications required by the military? As a consequence, many of our items fit differently to the current standards that most shoppers are accustomed to.

Returns

Can I exchange my purchase for a different item?

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges will only be considered if all original tags remain attached and the garment is in unused, new condition.

Upon contacting us, our team will be happy to look at alternative options and availability.

Freight charges apply to exchanges.

What if there was an error with the item ordered?

Our team strive to get everything right for you, but if we make some mistake with the order, we’ll arrange correction as a matter of priority.

How long does it take to process my return?

Not long! Once you contact us and arrange return of item, we’ll promptly attend to replacement. It’s a good idea to let us know the tracking number of the return shipment.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

Faulty items are very rare, but if something has been overlooked in quality control, then we will be happy to attend to replacement or refund upon confirmation by our team.
While our items are not sold under any guaranteed warranty, if you feel your product has under-performed or exhibits manufacturing defects, we will evaluate claims within six months of purchase date from Bravo1. After six months, items exhibiting issues are considered normal wear-and-tear and may not qualify for return.
