Free Shipping:

  • Applies to orders placed online only.
  • Applies to order values over $100.00 only.
  • Applies to shipping within Australia only.


Australian shipping

  • All orders within Australia will be dispatched via TNT or Express Post.
  • Delivery method used may depend upon delivery address provided.
  • Tracking details will be provided at time of despatch to assist you with tracking.
  • For orders placed by phone or email, or website order values under $100.00, freight charges are calculated on weight of items purchased and method of delivery.
  • TNT only delivers to a physical address and does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is nominated, method of delivery will default to Express Post.
  • You must be present for TNT to deliver or the parcel will be returned to their depot for you to arrange collection. If you are not going to be present on the expected day of delivery, you can print TNT’s Authority to Leave form via the link below and attach it to your door.
  • Bravo1 cannot accept liability arising from any loss or damage caused by leaving a consignment as directed.


International shipping:

  • All orders outside of Australia will be despatched by TNT International or Australia post depending on delivery address, order size, and feasibility.
  • Freight charges are calculated and charged at check-out, and will depend upon order size, destination, and method of delivery.
  • Tracking details will be provided at time of despatch to assist you with tracking.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any applicable import duty and customs charges relevant to the receiver’s country.
  • Bravo1 reserves the right to discretionary assessment of international orders depending on credit risk assessment and will promptly contact customer if any concerns.

Bravo1 Returns Policy


  • If you would like to exchange your garment, please email our team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  • Our team will advise alternative options and availability.
  • We don’t charge a re-stocking fee for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
  • Exchanges will only be considered if the garment is unused and undamaged and all original tags remain intact.
  • Freight charges apply to change of mind shipping.

Faulty Items

  • In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please first email our team. Please include your order number, the style code, a description/image of the fault, and your best contact details.
  • Our team will discuss replacement or refund options with you to ensure satisfaction.
